| Total Community Care Ltd was established by Chris Freestone and Reg Perrins to provide specialist care services for individuals with a spinal cord injury and other complex neurological conditions. Chris Freestone is a registered SCI nurse who was the lead case manager at Stanmore Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) Centre, and lecturer in Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) at Southbank University. Reg Perrins is a registered Social Worker with a background of commissioning packages of care enabling individuals to return to the community. Reg Perrins and Chris Freestone have extensive experience of community care with a range of other physical disabilities, primarily neurological conditions. Total Community Care is registered with The Care Quality Commission as both a domiciliary and nursing care provider and thus able to provide a full range of services. Total Community Care provide specialist care services nationwide to a range of clients in their own homes. All of Total Community Care’s clients are directly involved in the selection of their care teams to ensure their stability and promote independence and chosen lifestyles. Total Community Care has supported many of its clients with international travel. Total Community Care offer a range of services, including case management, expert witness and training. Total Community Care have a proven track record of supporting clients from Stanmore, Stoke Mandeville, Salisbury and Sheffield Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) units. This is provided by ensuring a personal service to meet the individual needs of each client. Total Community Care care teams are provided with fully paid training, staff development opportunities, ongoing support and pay/conditions which allow us to attract and retain the best staff.
